Church Of Grace New Beginning
Worship Group
Kairos started in a small room at a sister's house where the youth would gather. We started out praising with karaoke until God responded to our prayers for musicians to join. The name was born under prayer. Kairos, translated from Greek, means "the appointed time in the purpose of God." Our name reminds us that no matter what, God's timing is always the perfect timing; it's worth the wait. Until then, we have been called to worship His holy name and we strive to encourage others to do the same in season and out of season. Looking back, there is no doubt that God has been with us. Growing in the ministry with such great pastors and fellowship with amazing people has helped the worship group grow not only in numbers but in courage, strength and communion with God to continue excelling in His purpose. Our goal is to remain faithful to the one and only true God. It has been a long road and we have yet to conquer many more roads until we cross into the promise land but God is faithful and He will lead us there at the perfect time.

Youth Group
It would be easy to say that our youth group began after a vision during a
spiritual retreat but that wouldn't do our beautiful beginning any justice.
In actuality, our youth group started because of the youth! It all started with
only a few who longed to grow closer to Jesus. They took the first steps and
suggested we begin meeting. That was such a powerful example to us all. In
the midst of school, friends, dysfunctional families and work, they took a step back and decided for themselves that it was crucial they focus on their salvation and the spiritual growth of their peers.
As the ministry kept growing we started to see the church grow with so many youth. We've all heard of the stereotype that church if for the elderly, but Church of Grace is proud to be living testimony of quite the opposite. At New Beginning, the youth show up and pull through! We cannot give God enough glory for everything He has done. He has saved so many lives and has given us the privilege of witnessing these transformations. We are honored and blessed for each youth that God has allowed to join our family. It is so satisfying to grow with them and see their potential unravel in God's purposes. We know that the Lord has a tremendous plan with each of them and we can't wait to see what He has in store for them. Our goal is to live a Godly lifestyle and be living testimony of what the Holy Spirit can do! We strive to improve ourselves every step of the way because He is the reason we are alive and we live everyday for Him!
Missions Ministry
Under the pastoral vision and in accordance with the Bible, our church has dedicated itself to not only serve our local community but also to make an impact across the world in any way possible! Our purpose on earth is to spread the Word of God across all nations. The Bible also teaches us to give with a grateful heart because it is better to give than to receive. By the measure we use, it will be measured to us. Therefore, as long as we are capable, we as a church will not turn a blind eye. We will give to those in need!
This is why as soon as Church of Grace opened its doors in 2016, we began our missions ministry. This ministry focuses on supporting widows and orphans oversees. We are currently working on a mission located in Honduras. Your offering toward this ministry will help fund a local Honduran church by providing a food pantry, clothing drives and school supplies for widows, orphans, and others in need. Our goal is to expand this ministry across other countries including Peru, Guatemala, El Salvador and where ever else the Holy Spirit leads us. If you wish to support this ministry, you can make an online donation using our website on the "Donate" page. You can even enroll in a weekly or monthly recurring donation! Thank you in advance for your contribution.

"He defends the cause of the fatherless and the widow, and loves the foreigner residing among you, giving them food and clothing." - Deuteronomy 10:18
Kids Ministry
Welcome to the kid's ministry Growing in Faith! We have a team of teachers who
are dedicated to teaching your little ones the Word of God in a way that is fun,
interactive, digestible and memorable for them! Our Sunday school accepts all
students ages 5-12. Our teachers give the lesson in age appropriate ways for each
individual kid. Sometimes that means splitting the class or doing several different
activities based on the different ages but we do what ever it takes to ensure your little one gets the information they need about their Heavenly Father!
At the beginning of each class we always give the children a light snack which includes but is not limited to: bagels, pancakes, cereal, crackers etc. Our current lesson plans focus on the attributes of God! We are giving the children an answer to the question: "What is God like?" We are going through each letter of the alphabet with a different attribute of God. Each lesson has a memory verse, biblical story/passage and activity. With each class we are teaching the students how to pray and read the Bible (when age appropriate).
Twice a year we also have our semi-annual field trip! It is typically off-campus but during service hours. We fundraise throughout the year to ensure your child is able to attend without any financial burden on mom or dad.
The goal of this ministry is to give children an age appropriate understanding of God. We want to show the kids how wonderful and loving the Lord is so they can have a firm foundation of faith as they grow and continue to learn throughout life. We hope you and your little one can join us next Sunday to learn more about what God is like!

Dance Ministry
Su Hija Única dance ministry was founded in 2016 by Jennifer Gonzalez. The vision is simple, to discipline your entire body to worship God and encourage others to express their love for God through dance.
The goal of this group is to provide those with the passion to praise God an opportunity to develop and fine tune their talent.
Dance is the highest form of expression a person can use. It involves moving every aspect of your body in unison to tell a story. At Church of Grace, the discipline of dance we use is worship dance. That is to say, the focus of every movement is to glorify God, not draw attention to ourselves. We use props including but not limited to: streamers, flags, fans, rings, scarves & tambourines to worship our God, each holding a biblical meaning and purpose. Dance is a trifecta, it requires your body to be one with your mind & heart. Because of that every practice includes biblical foundation as well as physical conditioning, and private mentoring as needed. If you are interested in joining, please don’t hesitate! No prior dance experience is required and there is no age limit.

Jennifer Gonzalez
Director
Hi, I’m Jennifer Gonzalez. I am 26 years old and I have been dancing since I was 3 years old and have studied practically every style under the sun but my focus and strength has always been in classical ballet. At the age of 8 I was invited to join a dance team at my church. I love dance & I love God, what is more perfect than demonstrating my love for God by doing something i love! In 2011, I was given the privilege of being an instructor at my church. The group consisted of about 25 girls ages 5-25. For the glory of God, to date, since 2016, I have been blessed to have my very own dance team. I encourage you to read Judges 11:34. It details a beautiful story of a young woman who consecrated herself - her whole life - for the Lord. From that story, originates our name, Su Hija Única
.
